For the first time, Xentra customers will have a single, secure place to see exactly what’s happening across their services, support, and security posture.

Your one-stop shop
The customer portal is being built as a central hub for managing and understanding your security environment.
From one login, you’ll be able to:
- View and manage all active subscriptions and services
- Submit and track support tickets and see their current status
- Review the results of dark web monitoring and vulnerability scans
- Access insight into your organisation’s security status, aligned to the NIST Cyber Security Framework
- Explore recommendations, upgrades, and next steps to help strengthen your overall security posture
In short, the portal gives you complete visibility into your cyber security with Xentra. Clear, transparent, and always accessible.
Understanding your security status
A key feature of the portal is your security status view.
Your security status provides a high-level overview of how secure your organisation is currently assessed to be, aligned to the NIST Cyber Security Framework. By drilling down, you’ll also be able to view practical, prioritised recommendations to help improve your security posture over time.

To ensure this information is accurate and meaningful, security status will be available only to customers who have completed a current state assessment with Xentra.
